The films follow science-backed experiments featuring VKR colleagues and their families, exploring small changes that can lead to lasting change in our health, energy, and wellbeing. Five simple ways to reconnect with your wellbeing

The Movement focuses on five themes—sleep, nutrition, movement, social relationships and mental balance. Each theme is introduced through a film that follows a real-life experiment with VKR Group colleagues and their families, showing how small changes can work in everyday life.

It is easy to drift away from what helps us thrive. The series is a reminder to live more in line with what the human body and mind were built for—moving more, sleeping better, eating well, and connecting face to face. You and your family are invited to follow the series, try the actions from the experiments at your own pace, and take the next small step towards healthier habits.
