Together, we keep the movement going – through activity, safety and good energy every day!!
This is relaxation and mental recovery! After a day full of action and activity, getting to wind down on the lake at sunset. You stop, turn off the engine and listen to the birds chirping, fish rising in the reeds, and simply enjoy it! Take out the fishing rod and cast a few times in the hope of a bite! Quality of life at its best!
Movement, nature, and togetherness all in one! 🚣♀️🌿
Kayaking with colleagues proved to be a fantastic way to boost physical health, enjoy active leisure time, and forge even stronger social bonds. Time spent in nature, a great mood, and shared experiences help maintain emotional balance and nurture personal well-being. ☀️💙 #TheMovement #Movement #SocialConnections #Wellbeing
This summer, I’ve been spending lots of time outdoors, staying active. Early mornings welcoming the sun, followed by bike rides with proper protection☺️ A little something for both the body and the soul. A healthy body, a healthy mind ! 🌞🌻
Happy feet, happy minds! This summer, we keep The Movement going by making time to recharge together. Sharing laughs with colleagues, staying hydrated, enjoying the sunshine safely, and supporting each other's wellbeing helps us return with more energy and a positive mindset.
Following the Tour de France both from the side and testing a few mountains on the bike with the family.
A velux cap and a multifunctional T-shirt (catching daylight) helped me when hiking :)
Movement is incredibly important, especially for children. It helps them grow, explore the world, and develop new skills every day. Summer naturally means more time outdoors and more active adventures—but it also means we should take extra care to keep our little ones safe. Because the best memories are made when fun goes hand to hand with safety. That’s why a cap, sunscreen, and a life jacket are my absolute summer must-have.
This photo is from a kayaking 2,5 hours trip designed to foster connections among preschool children and their parents.
More than 30 parents and 22 children joined the adventure, which concluded with camping and a barbecue.
It was a truly memorable and enjoyable event for all :)
My wellbeing is seeing the smiles on my children's faces. That is what makes me happy, as well as seeing how they support and love one another. It is about spending as much time as possible with my family, staying active and always on the move. It is also about going on trips together, where, as you can see, their little heads are protected from the sun with VELUX caps.
Protected from the UV kayaking with sunscreen, rash guard shirt and sun hat.
1. A lot of outdoor activities. 2. Happiness. 3. Time with family. 4. Fresh air and daylight.
A nice 8km walk along the seaside to Łącka, lunch in Łeba, Poland and covered shoulders to protect against sunburn :).
During our summer vacation with my wife we were exploring the picturesque shoreline of Norway and on my birthday a record 31 degrees hit the lovely town of Kristiansand. For sure we needed to cool down a bit, so we tried the local ice cream and it helped us to pump up our physical batteries and continue chasing daylight in Norway.
A morning run through the wild landscape of the Danish west coast makes me feel I am moving in the right direction
Retrieving training with my hunting Labrador Kira together with good friends has been a big part of this summer. Also some cycling and gym training mixed with lazy days in the sun.
Walking with a new friend/butterfly in the mountains with VELUX hat protection
I keep The Movement going by exploring new horizons and conquering the dunes! Stepping out of my comfort zone and embracing open nature keeps me active, energized, and constantly moving forward this summer.
Stay in Denmark with 18 degrees windy and cold but still beautiful 😊
I participated at a festival in Denmark called Heartland (Social relationships and community). They offered the opportunity to relax in hammocks placed in the wood (Restitution and sleep). This was nice break (Metal balance). It provided a beautiful view of the trees and the sky, while having a natural sun protection in the shadow.
This summer, my family and I have chosen swimming.
Through relaxing fishing, hiking in nature and spending time with the grandchildren.
Enjoying summer in Ksamil, Albania – swimming, exploring the beautiful coast and spending time outdoors with my family. For me, staying active, enjoying nature and taking time to recharge is the perfect way to keep The Movement going. ☀️🌊
My son Gabriel, who is in the picture, and I keep The Movement going with walks on the beach in Santa Susanna, Spain, plenty of fresh air, and remembering to drink water in the heat ☀️🌴 Small active moments make a big difference – beach, movement and hydration are our summer recipe 🌊💧
The best movement towards mental balance at work - using the correct safety precautions and appropriate safety gear
Going out for a jog or walk in the morning before the sun's rays are too strong is the best way to start the day, which can also include balance exercises on the way down to the water.
Bad weather? Not for playtime.
We are happy to grow and harvest organic vegetables together. Through this experience, we enjoy heathy, strengthen our bodies, and take a moment to relax and reconnect with nature. To conclude, as the renowed Chinese poet named Yuanming Tao from the Eastern Jin dynasty wrote, "Picking chrysanthemums by the garden fence, In tranquil ease I gaze upon the southern hills. The air at dusk is especially delightful,
and the birds return home together in happy company."
I keep playing football once or twice a week.
By going for a walk every day to discover new places.
During the summer, I keep The Movement going by spending time in nature, staying active, and taking time to recharge. This view reminded me how important it is to slow down, appreciate the surroundings, and restore my energy.
My favourite – hiking in the mountains means health, beautiful views and memories.
I have been going to the Bieszczady Mountains for 7 years. A cap, backpack, sunglasses and sunscreen are all I need to start an adventure on the trail. These breathtaking views help me relax.
Im trying as much as I can go offline and spend more quality time with my little one on long walks. He is so curious about life, that you can gain perspective with him and appreciate the beautiful details of life.
For me, the most important part of “The Movement” is spending time in nature, staying active and enjoying it with the people I love. At the same time, there is always a moment to slow down, relax together and take a photo to capture and remember the moment. When it comes to protecting myself from the sun, I rely on sunglasses, appropriate clothing and, of course, drinking plenty of water.
For me, “The Movement” is all about being outdoors, staying active and sharing meaningful moments with the people closest to me. Whether we are exploring nature, going for a walk or simply enjoying the fresh air, I love being active together. On sunny days, I make sure to protect myself by wearing sunglasses, light and comfortable clothing, and a hat or cap that provides extra protection from the sun. I also remember to drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated.
During the Chasing Daylight Movement, I started running on a regular basis and I realized that it significantly helps to regulate my stress level. The first half of the year has been very tough at work and I needed something. When I started I could run 200 metres, now I am at 2800 metres and I am determined to keep going. I am greatful for the team who motivated me to start this new habit.
In summer, I don't like sitting still. Whether it's running, cycling, SUP, or hiking, every opportunity is a good one to stay active and keep The Movement going! Active living goes hand in hand with smart protection: high SPF on my skin and polarized sunglasses always ready for the sun. That’s my recipe for endless, healthy outdoor adventures.
