Real stories, real change
The Movement is a wellbeing initiative
for VKR Group employees and their families, brought to life through an inspirational film series. The films follow science-backed experiments featuring VKR colleagues and their families, exploring small changes that can lead to lasting change in our health, energy, and wellbeing. This page is your home for the series, with new films launching every three weeks.

Watch the Kick-off film where leading wellbeing expert Chris MacDonald and international scientists reflect on what wellbeing really is, and introduce The Movement. You will also meet VKR Group colleagues and their families as they begin the first experiments and take their first steps.

Five simple ways to reconnect with your wellbeing

The Movement focuses on five themes—sleep, nutrition, movement, social relationships and mental balance. Each theme is introduced through a film that follows a real-life experiment with VKR Group colleagues and their families, showing how small changes can work in everyday life.

Start simple and keep going

It is easy to drift away from what helps us thrive. The series is a reminder to live more in line with what the human body and mind were built for—moving more, sleeping better, eating well, and connecting face to face. You and your family are invited to follow the series, try the actions from the experiments at your own pace, and take the next small step towards healthier habits. Start super simple, and once you start, keep going.

The next film, "Screens down, sun up", launches on 5th March and introduces our first theme: Restitution and sleep. Come back to explore the actions and take your next step.
