Responsible investments for long-term impact
The Employee Foundation is fully self-financed with a capital base of DKK 350 million. Our investment strategy is conservative and long-term, focused on Danish mortgage bonds, corporate bonds, and selected global equities. This approach delivered a return of DKK 35.7 million in 2024, equal to +10.2%. Consistent results like these ensure that millions of euros can be granted each year to employees and local communities.
